homelab setup !!

the next three sections r dedicated 2 the three servers that compose my homelab setup !!

os: ubuntu server 22
ram: 8gb
cpu: core i7-2620m
disk space: 64gb
purpose: runs apache and routes all inbound traffic !! also hosts a couple small expressjs apps
notes: i got this 4 free from a demo kit my stepdad had 4 his buisness. hes rlly underpowered and ive had him 4 a million years but hes been extremely reliable and doesnt consume much power so i love him

os: windows 10 pro (lol)
ram: 32gb
cpu: core i3-10100t
disk space: 128gb
purpose: primary host for everything i wanna run !! current stuff includes (but isnt limited 2): jellyfin, 2 minecraft servers and 5 of my discord bots !!
notes: he doesnt need 2 b super powerful since nothing i host really sees much use outside of my friend group, which is great because i can host a ton of stuff on him all at once !! i run windows 10 pro on him instead of windows server because when i built him i didnt have a windows server install drive lying around :3 i plan 2 swap out his hard drive since he's low on space, and migrate 2 a more sensible operating system at some point in the future, but for now i cant b bothered <3

ram: 16gb
cpu: amd ryzen 2400g
disk space: 128gb boot + 1.5tb hotswap
purpose: my terrible and unreliable nas i use almost exclusively for my jellyfin media !
notes: i built poppynas partially out of my first desktop computer, and partially out of parts i literally found on the side of the road :3 the case, drive bays, one of the drives i think, power supply, and several cables all came from the curb in my neighborhood, and everything else was canibalized from the first pc i bought when i was like 12. given its state, it works pretty well 4 what i need it 2 do, minus the fact that the drive bay fans dont work and it can get a little toasty. ill replace them at some point but theyre a weird size and i cant find any for what im willing 2 spend <3
